Asmae is a strategy & innovation professional with more than 12 years of experience driving end-to-end digital transformation, innovation and acceleration programs for governments, universities and leading corporates across industries.  Asmae is passionate about entrepreneurship, is advisor to tech entrepreneurs in the GCC & AFRICA , set up two startups, and is the founder of Lean X Consulting, an innovation -as- service advisory vector in the UAE where she is based since 2012.

Asmae has advised, developed innovative frameworks, driven operating models re-design and led mission-critical strategic transformations for major public and private companies such as General Electric, Serco, Electricité de France and Al Futtaim Group. She has supported private and governmental accelerators & entrepreneurship centers including Emirates Airlines corporate accelerator, Dubai Chamber’s startup hub and the Sharjah Entrepreneurship Center Sheraa in diverse startups programs.  Asmae has worked with executives across the board, government officials and international A-list artists in the conception and execution of cross-functional innovation and strategy projects in the MENA region.

Asmae believes that human-centric and values-based innovations when well executed have the power to change the world, positively impact communities, alleviate poverty and build an abundant future for the generations to come.

Asmae holds a master’s degree from Telecom Ecole de Management – France and started her career at Accenture Paris before joining BMCE Bank and BMCI -BNP Paribas
