Prior to Pathway, he served as the Head of Corporate Development of BabyCenter. Prior to BabyCenter and CHI, he was with Venture Law Group where he served as a Corporate Counsel to leading technology start-ups including E-Tek Dynamics, XYLAN and Yahoo. Mr. Lemkin holds a J.D., Order of the Coif, from U.C. Berkeley and a BA, Magna Cum Laude, from Harvard College and completed the Stanford Graduate School of Business’ Executive Management Program.
